Job summary

Applied Medical, an Australian arm of a global medical device company, seeks a Support Analyst Level 1 to join the IT team on a full-time permanent basis. You will deliver high-level IT support, handle tickets, and assist in asset management for the APAC region.

The role requires a bachelor’s in IT or related field, ITIL Foundation, and 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role. English proficiency and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
• Itil V3/V4 Foundation certification is preferred.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a Support Analyst or MSP role.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level IT support for Applied Medical users and business units.
• Monitor service calls and tickets and resolve incidents per SLA.
• Support asset management and servicing.
• Read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
• Follow Applied Medical's Quality Systems (QS) per training.
• Understand and comply with safety rules and company policies.
• Perform other duties as required.
