Job summary

Suncorp Group is seeking a Service Delivery Specialist to oversee IT applications across the Digital Experience Platform. You’ll partner with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operation and alignment with ITIL and SIAM practices.

The role includes on-call shifts and close collaboration with engineering, testing, and support teams to optimize performance and reduce manual effort. A strong background in ITSM and ServiceNow is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in IT service delivery covering incident, problem and change management
• Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks and hands-on ServiceNow knowledge
• Experience with Spring Boot APIs, React UI, and Adobe Experience Manager
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, scripting and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Manage software vulnerability analysis and ensure API/web app compliance
• Build automation and develop scripts to improve reporting and data analysis for vulnerabilities
• Guide operational teams to deliver consistent service management across incident/change/release
• Collaborate with engineering/testing/support to optimize performance and reduce manual effort
• Facilitate change and release forums, including CAB meetings and reporting
• Monitor service delivery effectiveness and drive continual improvement
• Participate in on-call support for critical production issues in Insurance Enterprise Technology
