Job summary

PZ Cussons is seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager to lead regional IT service delivery for ANZ from Cremorne, combining hands-on support with strategic regional leadership. You will coordinate incidents, manage device lifecycle, and act as the main IT point of contact for the region.

The role requires SAP/Promax experience, ITIL know-how, and strong stakeholder and vendor management skills to drive value across local and global teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in IT service delivery and IT operations.
• Desk-side support experience with hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Experience leading regional IT initiatives across ANZ.
• Experience managing outsourced providers and vendor governance.
• ERP or business applications experience; SAP is desirable.
• Working knowledge of ITIL and service management disciplines.
