Job summary

PZ Cussons is seeking an IT leader to own day‑to‑day service delivery across Australia and New Zealand, acting as the regional escalation point and partnering with global IT to drive value at site level.

You’ll manage SAP/Promax service ownership, coordinate incidents, oversee joiner/mover/leaver activities, and lead regional governance with outsourced providers while shaping digital, data and AI capabilities across ANZ.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT service delivery or IT operations.
• Deskside support experience and resolving end‑user hardware/software issues.
• Experience building, configuring and deploying laptops; manage joiner/mover/leaver processes.
• Experience managing outsourced providers and multiple support teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and business‑facing communication skills.
• Experience supporting ERP or business applications; SAP is desirable.
• Working knowledge of ITIL and service management disciplines.
• Commercial awareness including vendor governance and cost optimisation.

• Manage relationships with global/local technology suppliers and hold partners to account.
• Run regular service reviews and quarterly business reviews, tracking actions to closure.
• Lead regional delivery of global technology programmes (infrastructure, network, workplace).
• Support regional integrations and transformation initiatives.

Lead IT service delivery and operational technology activities across Australia and New Zealand, acting as the primary IT representative for the region. This is a hands‑on, site‑based role combining regional IT leadership. Deliver local support with strategic ambition to add long‑term value, working closely with cross‑functional teams, including global IT, to deliver results that matter.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Service delivery and operations

· Own day‑to‑day IT service delivery across ANZ and act as the senior regional escalation point for operational issues.

• Coordinate major incident response and provide clear, timely business communications.
• Oversee joiner, mover and leaver activities, end‑user hardware lifecycle, asset management and local workplace technology services.
• Provide visible, hands‑on deskside support at the local site, acting as the first point of contact for colleagues who require in‑person assistance.

SAP and Promax service ownership

· Own regional service coordination for SAP and Promax, covering incidents, changes, work requests and continuous improvement.

· Coordinate business users and internal and external support partners , leading regional governance and working groups,

Business relationship management

· Act as the recognised point of IT accountability for ANZ leadership and the wider business.

· Promote secure and practical adoption of digital, data and AI capabilities.

Supplier and commercial management

· Manage relationships with global and local technology suppliers and hold partners to account for service outcomes.

· Run regular service reviews and quarterly business reviews, tracking actions through to closure.

Projects and change

· Lead or coordinate the regional delivery of global technology programmes, including infrastructure, network and workplace initiatives.

· Support regional integrations, transformation initiatives and other business change

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Demonstrable experience in IT service delivery, IT operations or a comparable regional technology role.
• Practical experience providing deskside support and resolving end‑user hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Experience building, configuring and deploying laptops and supporting joiner, mover and leaver activities.
• Experience managing outsourced providers and working across multiple internal and external support teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and business‑facing skills.
• Experience supporting ERP or business application environments; SAP experience is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of ITIL and practical service management disciplines.
• Commercial awareness, with experience of vendor governance, contracts and cost optimisation.
