Job summary

Benmax Group is a Canberra-based leader in mechanical services and HVAC, expanding into AI infrastructure. We are seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager to run a tight, outcome-focused IT operation, ensure reliable, secure platforms, and drive improvements across the business.

You will lead IT services, security, asset lifecycle and vendor relationships, aligning ICT with strategic business goals while mentoring a capable team and coordinating multi-site support.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of IT experience, including two years in a service delivery leadership capacity.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT.
• Demonstrated experience in IT procurement, licensing and vendor management.
• Proficiency across Microsoft 365, Windows, cloud environments, networking and endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and operational performance of IT services and end-user support across Benmax.
• Translate ICT strategy into practical, working solutions.
• Build and develop a team that delivers exceptional service.
• Manage relationships with vendors, carriers, MSPs and group IT teams.
• Oversee core platforms including Microsoft 365, identity and access management, networking, Wi‑Fi, backups and telephony.
• Own cybersecurity posture including endpoint protection, MFA, patching and incident response.
• Manage lifecycle of technology assets from procurement to upgrades and support.
• Set up governance: policies, procedures, documentation and service agreements.
• Report on performance and cost, driving improvements.
• Plan and deliver technology projects and system integrations.
• Manage incidents and disruptions and coordinate response.
