Job summary

Flying Bark Productions is seeking an IT Project Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver IT operations projects while aligning with the enterprise roadmap. The role collaborates with IT leadership, production teams and vendors to balance technical delivery with creative production schedules in a fast-paced studio environment.

The position is early-career with scope for growth, requires strong organisation, proactive communication and the ability to translate requirements into clear project plans

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in technical or creative environments.
• ~3 years coordinating or managing projects, ideally IT/operations.
• Ability to plan and run small-to-medium projects with scope, schedule, risks and stakeholders.
• Experience maintaining a project roadmap or portfolio view, coordination across teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver IT projects end-to-end with defined scope, timelines and success criteria.
• Manage day-to-day project execution, track tasks, remove blockers and keep work on schedule.
• Plan and sequence technical delivery across desktop, systems and infrastructure domains.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and changes to scope; escalate early with options.
