JBS Australia is offering an Associate IT Procurement Officer role on a part-time basis (3 days per week) at our Riverview Corporate Office in Ipswich. You will support the IT Procurement team with purchasing, vendor liaison, inventory control and asset management, while developing skills transferable across industries.

Responsibilities

• Assist with IT purchasing and procurement activities.
• Raise and manage purchase orders.
• Liaise with suppliers to source products and obtain pricing.
• Maintain inventory records and stock control.
• Conduct stocktakes and inventory audits.
• Prepare and configure laptops, PCs and other equipment.
• Assist with basic device setup and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate equipment shipments between JBS locations.
• Support technology asset tracking and record management.
• Provide general administrative support to the IT Procurement function.
