Job summary

NBCUniversal's IT Intern role within Operations & Technology supports the TechEx team across the Sydney office and regional teams in Australia and Singapore, gaining hands-on experience in technical support, asset management and workflow automation.

You will shadow the team, assist with AV setup, maintain meeting room equipment, develop Power Automate workflows, create guides, manage project documents and tickets, and help with asset governance.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of IT concepts and a strong desire to learn IT operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to document processes clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team and support shared goals.

Responsibilities

• Shadow the TechEx Team and help resolve technical issues.
• Set up and test AV equipment in meeting rooms.
• Inspect six Sydney meeting rooms for AV readiness.
• Document issues and coordinate repairs or replacements.
• Develop and refine Power Automate workflows.
• Create guides and documentation for automated processes.
• Manage project documents and timelines and track action items.
• Oversee IT asset lifecycle and inventory audits.
• Track and close support tickets.
