Job summary

Qualifications

• On-site Sydney three days per week.
• Intermediate skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and time-management abilities.
• Proactive team player with good attention to detail.
• Eligible to undertake a 9-month internship from March 2027 to December 2027.

Responsibilities

• Assist with workplace inspections and maintenance issues.
• Coordinate facilities requests and space bookings.
• Support joiner/mover/leaver processes and inductions.
• Cover receptionist lunch breaks.
• Maintain notice boards across ANZ offices.
• Assist teams with catering and event setup.
• Attend safety meetings and fire warden duties as needed.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects.
