As our Integration IT Workstream Lead, you'll lead one of the most significant technology integration programs in Anglicare's history. Following the acquisition of Infinite Care and Autumn Aged Care, you'll be responsible for bringing together three complex IT environments into a single, secure and future-focused technology ecosystem that supports the delivery of exceptional care to older Australians. This is an initial 18 month fixed term opportunity.
You will provide strategic leadership across the end-to-end technology integration program, balancing operational continuity with long-term transformation. You'll work closely with executives, business leaders, vendors and integration partners to develop and deliver the target-state technology architecture for a combined organisation operating approximately 5,300 aged care beds across 46 homes and supporting over 7,000 employees. You’re an experienced technology leader with a strong track record delivering large-scale merger & acquisition transformation and integration programs within complex enterprise environments. You’re bring strength in stakeholder management in a changing operating model environment.
