As a permanent Part time Carer (Monday nights, Wednesday Afternoons) at Anglicare Sydney, you will provide high quality care and support to residents, helping them live with dignity and purpose. You will assist with daily tasks, provide emotional support, and offer companionship to residents. Availability to work Monday nights and Wednesday afternoons A Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent qualification, a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. An NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance ID. All required qualifications must be recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework.
A passion for working with older people and enhancing their quality of life. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. An understanding of the importance of maintaining residents’ dignity and independence. Alignment with Anglicare’s Christian ethos and values.
