Job summary

Axiom Technologies in Sydney is seeking an IT Technician to support on-site operations across Windows and Apple devices, perform hardware/software installations, and ensure device configuration aligns with SOE and group policies.

The role requires hands-on printer support, network device setup, and Go-Live support as environments move to PROD, with a focus on maintaining performance, security, and professional stakeholder interactions.

Qualifications

• Two or more IT certifications required from the listed options.
• Experience with Windows and Apple devices is essential.
• Knowledge of SOE, group policies, and deployment tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OS and app deployments per manual, including setup and validation.
• Perform hardware/software installations and printer support tasks.
• Unbox devices, test DOA scenarios, and document MAC/serial data.
• Configure devices to OS/app levels and conduct function tests.
• Support Go-Live from INT to PROD and ensure smooth transitions.
• Collect device information and connect devices to warehouse network.
