Technical skills:

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems

Familiarity with MS Office and common applications

Understanding of Windows Desktop, Server, networks, and hardware setup

Exposure to troubleshooting hardware and software issues

Awareness of VPN/remote access support

Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.

Highly desired:

Experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role

Using service desk call logging tools

Supporting executive or senior staff

Networking and desktop troubleshooting skills
