Job summary

NTI Limited is seeking an IT Business Analyst to drive enhancements across core business applications within our IT Delivery team in Australia. You will partner with stakeholders, analysts and developers to deliver production-ready solutions and contribute to both BAU improvements and project work.

You will gather requirements, assess feasibility, and guide development while ensuring tests are executed and customer expectations are exceeded.

Qualifications

Previous experience working as an IT Business Analyst with exposure to technology-enabled projects, systems, or digital solutions.
Strong prioritisation and ability to manage a diverse workload.
Desire to learn, curiosity to ask questions, and ownership of your development.
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Understand problems with stakeholders and gather requirements to meet customer needs.
Analyse problems, identify priorities, and provide sound solutions and feedback.
Review incoming enhancements for feasibility, estimated work content and urgency.
Collaborate with Developers to implement requirements.
Prepare and execute functional and regression testing.
Provide guidance to QA where applicable.
Develop trusted customer relationships through a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
