Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Experience in ICT business analysis or related IT role.
• Ability to analyze processes and communicate with stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with BA tools, process mapping, testing or project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders to understand operational challenges, business objectives and opportunities for technology-enabled improvements.
• Review existing workflows, information systems and procedures to identify gaps, inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
• Gather, assess and document business and functional requirements, including process maps, user stories and system specifications.
• Evaluate proposed ICT solutions for business suitability, feasibility and alignment with organisational requirements.
• Work with developers, vendors and internal teams to translate business needs into clear technical and functional deliverables.
• Assist with system design, configuration, integration and implementation planning, including change-impact assessments.
• Develop test scenarios, coordinate user acceptance testing and document defects and corrective actions.
• Prepare reports, recommendations, user documentation and training materials to support successful system adoption.
• Monitor implemented solutions, collect stakeholder feedback and recommend ongoing process and system improvements.
