Job summary

Compnow is seeking an IT Processing Technician to drive end-to-end Sustain IT operations, owning stock management, EOL processing, and documentation integrity. You will ensure assets are handled securely and compliant with procedures, requiring high accuracy and a proactive mindset.

The role emphasizes collaboration within a team, strong communication, and the ability to update technical records. Travel to the Notting Hill office may be required as part of full-time duties.

Qualifications

• Stock management and EOL tasks require accuracy.
• Updating technical documentation relevant to EOL processes.
• Willingness to travel to Notting Hill on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assist stock picking, inspection and asset application.
• Perform end-of-life processing and packaging for transport.
• Grade device condition and remove identifying marks or labels.
• Update technical documentation as required by the EOL supervisor.
• Identify opportunities for improvement of operational activities and raise them with leadership.
