Hamilton Island is seeking reliable Kitchen Stewards to join our culinary teams across the island. With 21+ bars and restaurants, we offer opportunities in fast-paced kitchen environments on one of Australia’s most breathtaking locations.

These roles provide staff accommodation discounts and access to island dining, activities and gym memberships, along with training within a large culinary network. Previous kitchen or cleaning experience is advantageous.

Formación

• Reliability and a positive attitude in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team under supervision.
• Good physical stamina for long shifts and standing.
• Strong focus on cleanliness, hygiene and safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils and work areas.
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support kitchen teams with general cleaning and basic preparation duties.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures.
• Assist with waste disposal and ensure back-of-house areas remain clean and organised.
• Work collaboratively with chefs and stewarding team members during busy service periods.
