Job summary

Hamilton Island is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to lead our on-site fleet operations and a skilled workshop team on Australia’s premier island. You’ll drive maintenance planning, safety standards, and asset management to maximise fleet availability for island operations.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in fleet or workshop operations.
• Strong knowledge of light and heavy vehicles, marine assets and plant.
• Experience with maintenance planning and asset management systems.
• Ability to manage teams and balance operations with safety and compliance.
• Relevant trade or mechanical background highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshop operations to maintain all fleet assets.
• Oversee maintenance planning to maximise availability.
• Maintain asset management records and ensure regulatory inspections.
