Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in General Insurance.
• Ability to review complaints impartially and resolve disputes.
• Strong knowledge of property and motor claims.

Responsibilities

• Review Internal Dispute Resolution complaints and prepare clear responses.
• Engage business leaders to resolve disputes fairly.
• Collaborate with internal teams, loss adjusters and repairers.
• Drive improvements to the IDR process and customer experience.
