Job summary

Zurich 56 Company Ltd is seeking an Internal Dispute Resolution Case Manager to own General Insurance disputes, reviewing complaints and guiding cases toward fair outcomes. You will report to the Partnerships Dispute Resolution Team Manager and work with stakeholders to resolve disputes with a customer-first approach.

• 2+ years in General Insurance.
• Strong knowledge of property and motor claims.
• Navigate insurance legislation, codes, policies and processes.
• Engage stakeholders on compliance risks and dispute strategies.
• Resolve complaints with empathy and sound judgement.
• Build trusted relationships and communicate empathetic responses.

Responsibilities

• Manage Internal Dispute Resolution cases by reviewing complaints impartially.
• Prepare clear responses and engage business leaders.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to resolve disputes fairly.
• Collaborate with internal teams, loss adjusters and repairers.
• Drive improvements to the customer experience and IDR process.
