You will advise major commercial and government clients on digital transformations, draft and negotiate complex technology contracts, and guide procurement cycles while advising on the commercialisation of IP and digital assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years post-admission experience in front-end technology or commercial legal work.

You will build your ‘know how’ in data governance, privacy compliance, and cyber-risk management and hone your ability to translate client commercial needs into clear, practical legal advice.
