Job summary

Pearce IP Pty Ltd. is seeking an energetic IP litigator to join our Australian team, handling patent disputes and related regulatory matters for life sciences clients.

The role welcomes candidates from 2 years PQE up to senior leadership, with emphasis on strategic advocacy and commercial judgment. You will advise on patent validity and infringement, biosimilar and generic litigation, and occasional general commercial IP matters.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE or senior level experience in IP litigation.
• Experience in life sciences sector preferred.
• Strong advocacy and strategic judgment required.

• Handle validity and infringement of patents and patent term extensions
• Manage biosimilar and generic medicine litigation and related regulatory matters

These roleswill involve advising Pearce IP clients on intellectual property disputes, including validity and infringement of patents and patent term extensions, biosimilar and generic medicine litigation and related regulatory matters, and trade mark disputes. From time to time, we also take on general commercial litigation matters andIP litigation for clients in other sectors.
