This highly regarded specialist IP law firm has a rare opportunity for a talented IP lawyer to join the team. The firm’s culture is excellent; highly collaborative and supportive of each other. The quality of the client base without doubt exceeds its boutique family (and dog) friendly size. Whilst is has an excellent local/domestic set of clients, the firm is regularly briefed by global firms which don’t have a presence in Australia, as well as blue chip foreign owned MNCs.

Due to a continued growth in the practice, the firm feels it’s time to bring on a lateral, experienced IP lawyer. They are open to your level of seniority, although candidates sought will typically have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE and just as equally could be at Special Counsel level.

Billable targets are way below the market norm and the firm operates on a very flexible basis. The offices, currently being renovated, were and will be excellent, are based in an inner city suburb.

The firm is all about team fit and so is less concerned about whether you bring front or back-end expertise. The firm deals with all manner of IP subject matter and so will be able to cater to your areas of interest and expertise. Another good person in the team will spread the load across the team as a whole, hence their non-prescriptive mindset when it comes to you.
