Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years PQE within a reputable Intellectual Property practice.
• Patent litigation experience is preferred but not essential.
• Strong time management & organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple conflicting priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong drafting skills.
• Intellectual curiosity and a love of learning.

Our Intellectual Property team provides market leading litigation and transactional advice and strategy, and is skilled in handling complex high-profile IP disputes and transactions of all types, and brand and IP asset creation and protection all with an opportunity to work across borders with our global colleagues.

Working alongside award winning Partners Jackie O'Brien, Georgina Hey and Daniel Posker this an opportunity to be involved in market leading IP matters for IP Clients.
