Job summary

Gallagher Bassett's My Plan Manager is seeking a Provider Invoicing Officer to review and process NDIS provider invoices across multiple systems, ensuring payments are accurate and timely in line with guidelines. This role offers hybrid work arrangements and a comprehensive onboarding program to set you up for success.

We’re currently seeking a Provider Invoicing Officer to join our Provider Services team at My Plan Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, problem-solving, delivering quality outcomes and being part of a collaborative, values-driven team.

How you'll make an impact

As a Provider Invoicing Officer, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring NDIS provider invoices are accurately reviewed, processed and paid in line with established guidelines and timeframes.

Working across multiple systems and platforms, you’ll:

  • Review, assess and process NDIS provider invoices efficiently and accurately
  • Validate invoice information and identify any discrepancies or missing details
  • Interpret invoices against business rules and funding requirements
  • Communicate with NDIS providers via email and phone to resolve invoice queries
  • Request and obtain additional information required for payment processing
  • Maintain accurate records across multiple systems
  • Manage allocated workloads while meeting productivity and quality targets
  • Ensure compliance with privacy, confidentiality and data accuracy requirements
  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies
