Job summary

TPG's Client Reporting team is seeking a high-performing Analyst to join a fast-growing, technically sophisticated team at the intersection of private credit, data engineering, and investor relations. This role focuses on producing monthly and quarterly investor reports, performance materials, and regulatory templates while building automated data pipelines and analytical infrastructure in Databricks.

You will write SQL and Python, build Power BI dashboards, and collaborate with portfolio

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or finance analytics (asset management/financial services preferred).
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and automation.
• Hands-on experience building automated workflows and data pipelines in Databricks.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, complex formulas, pivot tables).
• Demonstrated use of AI tools for coding or problem-solving.
• Exceptional attention to detail and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production and delivery of monthly and quarterly investor reports; build and maintain automated SQL/Python pipelines and Power BI dashboards.
• Serve as primary contact for internal stakeholders; manage timelines, gather requirements, validate data, resolve discrepancies.
• Design and implement robust automation workflows using SQL, Python, Alteryx, and Power BI to increase efficiency and ensure data accuracy.
• Translate complex business needs into technical solutions and communicate across audiences during quarterly reporting cycles.
