Haben is seeking an Investor Relations Senior Associate to join our Funds & Investment Management team in Sydney. You will support investor communications, onboarding and registry operations while working closely with investors and senior leaders.

You will help prepare materials, maintain CRM data, and assist AML/KYC processes, ensuring a seamless investor experience and proactive engagement across the investment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in investor relations, investment client services, funds management or related environment.
• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Confidence working with systems, databases and CRM platforms.
• Proactive approach, willingness to learn and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supporting investor communications, reporting and distribution of investor statements and updates.
• Assisting with investor onboarding and maintaining a positive investor journey.
• Managing registry administration activities and ensuring service standards are met.

We're looking for an Investor Relations Senior Associate to join our Funds & Investment Management team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and detail-oriented professional looking to build their career in investor relations and property funds management. You'll gain exposure to the full investor lifecycle, working closely with investors, internal stakeholders and senior leaders across the business.

About the Role

Reporting to the Investor Relations Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our investor relations function through a mix of investor servicing, operational administration and stakeholder engagement activities.

You'll be responsible for ensuring our investors receive a seamless experience while supporting the delivery of investor communications, onboarding processes, compliance requirements and registry operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting investor communications, reporting and the distribution of investor statements and updates.
• Assisting with investor onboarding and maintaining a positive experience throughout the investor journey.

About You
