Job summary

Redpath Partners is seeking a finance analytics professional to support an investment and asset management platform in Sydney. You will build models for property investments and funds, assist budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis, and prepare regular reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

The role involves asset and portfolio analysis, investment decision support, underwriting and scenario planning, with collaboration across teams to ensure timely financial information.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in property investment, funds management or related analytical environment.

The opportunity

Working closely with the investment and asset management teams, you will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining detailed financial models across property investments and funds.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and portfolio performance analysis.
• Preparing regular fund and investment reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analysing asset and portfolio-level performance, including income, valuation and capital expenditure.
• Supporting investment and asset management decisions through financial and market analysis.
• Assisting with investment underwriting, scenario analysis and business plans.
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

About you

We are looking for someone with approximately 2–5 years' experience in property investment, funds management, transaction analysis, corporate finance or a related analytical environment.

You will ideally have:

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Experience working with property funds management or investment-related financial data.
• A commercial and analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to communicate financial information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
