Job summary

Platinum Pacific Partners, Sydney-based, is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join its Financial Institutions Group. You will support the full transaction lifecycle across public and cross-border M&A, debt advisory and financing, working with senior bankers on live deals.

Candidates should have prior investment banking or M&A experience with strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills; FIG experience is not essential.

Qualifications

• Prior investment banking or M&A experience.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Commercially minded and analytical thinker.

Responsibilities

• Support the full transaction lifecycle, including due diligence, financial modelling and valuation.
• Prepare pitch materials and assist in deal execution.
• Interact with clients and contribute to deal origination and closing.
