Qualifications

• 1-6 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, M&A advisory or related execution-focused environment.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities.
• Prior FIG experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Analysts will benefit from mentoring and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Involved in all aspects of transaction execution, including financial analysis, valuation, modelling, marketing materials, due diligence and client presentations.
• Take ownership of workstreams while Analysts receive guidance and development.
• Exposure to complex FIG M&A mandates as well as debt and financing transactions.
