Job summary

Kenbury in Sydney is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join the Global FIG team. You will work closely with senior bankers on transaction execution and client coverage, with responsibilities including financial modelling, valuation and detailed financial analysis.

You will prepare presentations, transaction materials, and strategic advice while coordinating due diligence and transaction workstreams.

Qualifications

• Experience ideally at Associate level within a global investment bank or notable independent advisory firm.
• Strong M&A execution experience, financial modelling skills and commercial judgement.
• Ability to manage transaction workstreams and guide junior team members.
• A genuine interest in developing your career within financial services investment banking.
