Wilson Asset Management in Sydney is seeking an Investment Associate (Business Development) to help grow our intermediary channel. You will build and strengthen relationships with financial advisers and brokers across Australia, in collaboration with our Investment Specialists, delivering high-quality investment communications.

• Experience in funds management distribution or similar sales support.
• Understanding of investment markets and broker channels.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Support Investment Specialists in building relationships with advisers and brokers.
• Assist with lead generation, meeting prep and adviser engagement.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective advisers and brokers to arrange meetings.
• Respond to adviser and broker enquiries and assist with presentations and materials.
• Contribute to growth and capital-raising campaigns across intermediary channels.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs on adviser-focused content.
• Maintain CRM data, reporting and growth initiatives.
