Wilson Asset Management is seeking an Investment Associate to support the growth of our intermediary business across Australia. You will help build and strengthen relationships with financial advisers and brokers, working closely with Investment Specialists on capital raising, adviser engagement, and high‑quality investment communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in funds management distribution or sales support.
• Understanding of investment markets and financial advice or broker channels.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Confidence engaging with advisers and brokers by phone and in person.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage relationships, pipeline activity and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of presentations and client-facing materials.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Support Investment Specialists in building and maintaining relationships with financial advisers, brokers and other intermediary partners.
• Assist with lead generation activities, meeting preparation and adviser engagement initiatives.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective advisers and brokers to introduce Wilson Asset Management and arrange meetings.
• Respond to adviser and broker enquiries and assist with preparing presentations and supporting materials.
• Contribute to growth and capital raising campaigns across intermediary channels.
• Partner with the Corporate Affairs team to develop adviser-focused content including presentations, EDMs, fact sheets and key messages.
• Help optimise and maintain the CRM platform, supporting data integrity, reporting and future growth initiatives.
