Job summary

Concept Retail Solutions in Wetherill Park NSW is hiring 2 Inventory Team Members for a busy warehouse.

Casual roles with a fixed roster every week, with the view to go permanent with the host employer at the 6 month mark. You will work across Inventory, Pick & Dispatch Support and Inbound Operations to help keep everything running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Inventory: recalls, withdrawals, stock purging, returns; quality/receipt checks; ambient, chilled, frozen zones; issue identification.
• Pick & Dispatch: monitor daily targets; ensure orders are fulfilled and dispatched on time; resolve dispatch issues; coordinate with operations.
• Inbound Operations: manage trailers/POs; coordinate inbound deliveries; monitor vehicle turnaround; manage temperature data and pallet movements; complete admin duties.

READY TO TAKE YOUR WAREHOUSE CAREER TO THE NEXT LEVEL? We’re currently recruiting 2 Inventory Team Members to join a busy and fast-paced logistics operation.

This is more than just a warehouse role you’ll be right in the middle of the action, working across Inventory, Pick & Dispatch Support and Inbound Operations to help keep everything running smoothly.

Please note: These are the required rosters for the positions. Applicants must be available and committed to working the applicable roster.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

INVENTORY

• Managing recalls, withdrawals, stock purging and customer returns
• Completing quality and receipt checks
• Working across Ambient, Chilled and Frozen temperature zones
• Identifying stock issues and helping maintain inventory accuracy

PICK & DISPATCH SUPPORT

• Monitoring daily picking and dispatch targets
• Helping ensure customer orders are fulfilled and dispatched on time
• Identifying and resolving issues impacting dispatch efficiency
• Working closely with the wider operations team to keep things moving

INBOUND OPERATIONS

• Managing trailers and purchase orders
• Coordinating inbound deliveries
• Monitoring vehicle turnaround times
• Managing temperature data and pallet movements
• Completing general administrative duties relating to inbound operations

ABOUT YOU

• Reliable, proactive and ready to get stuck in
• Safety-focused with a strong eye for detail
• A confident problem solver who can think on their feet
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• A strong communicator and team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Confident using computers and Excel, or willing to learn
• Previous inventory, logistics or warehouse experience is preferred but not essential
