Job summary

Fantastic Furniture is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to oversee stock control across our NSW Distribution Centre and Manufacturing Facility. You will coordinate stocktakes, investigate discrepancies and drive improvements in inventory processes, partnering with supply chain, manufacturing and retail teams.

This role also leads the NSW Inventory Coordinator and supports safe operations. We value hands-on experts with ERP experience, AX and D365, strong Excel skills, and a collaborative approach

Qualifications

• At least two years in a similar inventory role.
• Strong organisational skills with deadline focus.
• Intermediate Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with ERP systems (AX, D365) preferred.
• Retail, supply chain or manufacturing experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts and stocktakes.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and implement root-cause solutions.
• Manage raw material, WIP, and made-to-stock holdings.
• Maintain inventory records across warehouse and ERP systems (AX, D365).
• Coach team members and improve stock control practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize stock flow.
