Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, stores, inventory, or logistics operations.
• Strong attention to detail when handling stock and inventory records.
• Ability to follow established procedures and maintain policy compliance.
• Demonstrated initiative in resolving routine issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory management with information systems and responding to inventory requests.
• Manage stock take plans and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Compose responses to correspondence, briefs and reports on inventory management activities.
• Demonstrate knowledge in the Australian Signals Directorate logistics policies and apply them to inventory management activities.
• Build and sustain effective relationships with team members and actively participate in teamwork and group activities.
• Work collaboratively and operate as an effective team member.
• Recommend solutions to issues affecting the achievement of desired outcomes.
• Interpret and comply with legislative, policy and regulatory frameworks.
• Allocate work, resources and tasks and set work area priorities to meet work area outcomes.
