Job summary

Downer is inviting applications for a permanent Store person at Holsworthy Barracks. You will handle goods receipt and dispatch, raise purchase requisitions, and coordinate with suppliers to schedule deliveries in a Defence environment.

Candidates should have stores or warehouse administration experience, familiarity with ERP/CMMS systems (SAP, MDO, GEMS), WHS knowledge, and a forklift license. This role is on site and offers the opportunity to contribute to essential Defence infrastructure

Qualifications

• Stores or warehouse administration experience, preferably in Defence, facilities or construction environments.
• Experience with stock control systems and ERP/CMMS (e.g., SAP, MDO, GEMS).
• Knowledge of WHS requirements including chemical and hazardous goods storage.

Responsibilities

• Good receipt and dispatch of materials and equipment.
• Raising purchase requisition and invoice processing.
• Liaising with suppliers for delivery and scheduling of materials.
• Ensure compliance with Defence security requirements, including DCAC card management.
• Provide a single point of contact for staff requesting stores and consumables.
