Job summary

Martin Brower ANZ is seeking a pragmatic and experienced Inventory Planning Manager to lead the inventory planning function across the ANZ business. This role drives inventory performance, assures supply, and delivers strong service outcomes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Proven supply chain planning experience (inventory, supply or demand) in FMCG/food/logistics.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong inventory management, replenishment and planning knowledge.
• Strategic and operational capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Stellar stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Advanced Excel and ERP system experience (SAP, JDE or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of inventory planners and drive high performance.
• Oversee inventory planning processes to optimise procurement, stock levels and service outcomes.
• Drive KPIs including availability, inventory health, waste and service performance.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and DC Operations for plan alignment.
• Lead issue management and root-cause analysis for supply disruptions.
• Contribute to IBP/S&OP processes and planning forums.
• Ensure planning tools and parameters enable effective decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement for planning performance and supply chain efficiency.
• Manage escalations to maintain continuity of supply.
• Be a key member of the Supply Chain Solutions leadership team.
