Job summary

Blackbook Recruitment is seeking an experienced Inventory Optimisation Manager to lead and optimise inventory across a fast moving FMCG environment. You will drive smarter stock decisions, balance service levels with working capital, and partner with Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales and Finance to create impact.

This high visibility role focuses on shaping inventory strategy, reducing excess and slow movers, and delivering actionable insights through robust reporting.

• Experience across inventory, supply chain, planning or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills.
