Job summary

Tempur Sealy International in Melbourne, Australia, seeks an experienced Demand & Supply Planner to drive the 36‑month ANZ Demand Plan and align supply with capacity, lead times and inventory targets.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to manage risks, support product lifecycle, promotions and new launches, and contribute to the IBP process for improved forecast accuracy and service levels.

Responsibilities

• Demand & Supply Planning: Create and maintain a rolling 36-month ANZ Demand Plan, translating unconstrained demand into an executable supply plan considering capacity, lead times, and inventory policies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Finance and Operations to align demand assumptions, supply feasibility and service outcomes.
• Support product ranging, lifecycle management, and promotional planning by identifying demand, supply, and inventory risks and opportunities.
• Act as Data Owner for demand and supply planning data, ensuring accuracy and governance.
• Contribute to the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle, including scenario modelling and decision support.
• Support end‑to‑end planning initiatives across demand, supply, inventory and availability.
• Lead and coordinate planning activities related to superseded items, product lifecycle transitions, and stock run‑in/run‑out.
