Job summary

Mobis Parts Australia is seeking an Inventory Officer to manage inventory across multiple PDCs, plan demand, and drive data-driven purchasing. You will generate reports and support process documentation to streamline supply chain operations.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical skills, experience in inventory control and data visualisation, with advanced Excel and SQL familiarity, and the ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, supply chain, purchasing, analysis and data visualisation.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel; SQL experience is a plus.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate on all levels.
• Adaptable and quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management of multiple PDCs.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Inventory Management of multiple PDCs

Demand planning and purchasing, data analysis, inventory control, supply Chain management

Generate regular reports on inventory status, stock movements etc.

Assist in developing and maintaining process documentation, including flowcharts and SOPs.
