Job summary

Aristocrat in Australia seeks an experienced Inventory Controller to manage cycle counts, reconcile variances between physical and system stock, and drive KPI execution across AIC and Field Services.

You will perform root cause analysis, prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports, support ERP testing during BAU transitions, participate in audits with internal and external partners, and continuously improve inventory processes while upholding site safety standards and Aristocrat’s

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Forklift license preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and data analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; Dynamics ERP experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory cycle counts to drive KPI across AIC and Field Services.
• Analyse, document, and resolve inventory variances to align physical and system inventory.
• Drive root cause analysis of variances and provide corrective actions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly inventory reports for cycle count trends and visibility.
• Support ERP testing to ensure smooth BAU transitions with minimal disruptions.
• Participate in inventory audits with internal and external financial partners.
• Manage timely inventory transactions and adhoc inventory tasks for smooth daily operations.
• Perform disposition of obsolete and excess inventory as required.
• Engage in continuous improvement and optimisation of inventory systems and processes.
• Engage in safety initiatives and promote a safety culture on site, complying with regulations.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of Inventory control experience working in a manufacturing environment with strong understanding of inventory processes and supply chain management


• Valid forklift license preferred but not essential


• Strong attention to detail and data analysis


• Microsoft Dynamics ERP experience is helpful but not essential


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills


• Strong interpersonal and time management skills


• Flexibility & adaptability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
