Job summary

Bart Group is seeking an Inventory professional to oversee inventory across multiple sites in Sydney and related operations. You will implement SOPs, train staff, and run cycle counts to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.

The role requires hands-on involvement with WMS and ERP systems, strong analytical skills, and the ability to travel as needed to group sites in Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Detailed understanding of inventory management practices within a fast-paced business.
• Extensive experience implementing inventory management within a major ERP system.
• Full understanding of inventory control processes and ability to work in a stand-alone role.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor inventory SOPs for rigorous adoption
• Adequately train relevant personnel to maintain accurate recording of stock movement and transactions
• Manage inventory through ongoing cycle count programs and regular reports
• Execute and report on inventory stock adjustments on a regular basis for all locations
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, processing adjustments as necessary and update records in accordance with procedures
• Assist with and learn colleague's roles
• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues
• Provide stock reports to relevant internal personnel
