Job summary

Fixture Lab Group (FLG) is seeking an Inventory Co-ordinator to own the item master and stock records. You will drive stock availability, support purchasing and order delivery, and collaborate with the Customer Order and Supply Order Coordinators, the Commercial Manager and the Financial Controller.

In this hands-on role, you’ll manage ERP data, reconcile stock positions, and monitor 3PL and multi-location inventory.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ERP experience in inventory or stock control.
• Pronto experience is highly regarded; strong experience in another ERP is also welcome.
• Strong numerical skills and disciplined about reconciling records.
• Accurate under volume and able to keep detail right when things get busy.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain item records in Pronto through their whole life (new products, supplier and packaging changes, specification updates, obsolescence).
• Maintain stock position across supplier's warehouse, stock in transit, Melbourne warehouse and 3PL.
• Receipt goods from suppliers, including partial receipts, and transfer stock as it moves through dispatch, transit and arrival.
• Manage commitments against sales orders.
• Reconcile system stock against physical on hand availability, 3PL counts, and flag ageing stock, overstock and coverage gaps.
• Issue dispatch documentation for stocked orders, including 3PL instructions and receiver contacts.
• Provide coverage, shortfall and reorder data to purchasing, and help make consolidation decisions.
