Chess Moving Sydney seeks an International Removals Coordinator/Supervisor to manage specialized accounts, documented processes, and client communications for cross-border moves.

You will liaise with overseas partners, agents and case managers, ensuring accurate export documentation, timelines, and competitive rates while maintaining strong client relationships. Flexible hours with one day work-from-home option; immediate start for eligible Australian residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in international household relocations is advantageous; training provided.
• Strong communication skills with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with overseas partners and agents for competitive rates and services.
• Maintain informative client relationships and coordinate with case managers.
• Prepare and send export documentation for shipments.
• Update supplier portals and coordinate with the International Relocations Department.
• Work with flexible hours including one day work-from-home.
