Responsibilities

• Provide trusted, expert advice to stakeholders on EXIM compliance, including shipment, transfer, and documentation of controlled goods and technical data.
• Ensure compliance with Australian and international regulations governing EXIM products and technical data.
• Interpret complex legislation and translate it into clear, practical guidance for internal stakeholders.
• Document review of technology and permit application submissions.
• Respond to general enquiries from the program team, including support for bid activities.
• Provide guidance on licenses, Incoterms, and regulatory obligations.
