Job summary

Beacon Lighting Commercial is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales Support to join our Osborne Park office. This casual role supports the Commercial Sales team, handling enquiries and processing orders from enquiry through to delivery.

Key duties include responding to customer sales enquiries, coordinating deliveries, providing administration and stock support, and liaising with warehouse and logistics to ensure on-time orders.

Beacon Lighting Commercial is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Sales Support team member to join our team at our Osborne Park office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing Australian business and play an important role in supporting our sales team, servicing customers and ensuring orders are processed efficiently from enquiry through to delivery.

This is a casual opportunity, working Monday to Friday, 10am - 3pm, with no weekend work required. You’ll enjoy a competitive hourly rate, performance-based incentives, generous team member discounts and on-site parking.

THE ROLE

Working closely with our Commercial Sales team, you’ll be responsible for responding to customer enquiries, processing orders, coordinating deliveries and providing administration and sales support to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you’ll be a customer-focused and organised professional who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

• Previous internal sales or customer service experience
• A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Experience within the lighting or electrical industry will be highly regarded, but is not essential
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident using computers and learning new systems
• General knowledge of warehousing and logistics processes
