Job summary

Frontline Human Resources in Girraween, NSW is seeking an Internal Sales Support to assist Account Managers and Sales Reps with customer service, order processing and quotes. This casual role offers a genuine pathway to permanency and a permanent salary of $65,000+ super for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales support, sales administration, customer service or a similar role.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional, confident communication style
• Experience processing orders, quotes and customer enquiries
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and Outlook
• SAP or ERP system experience is highly regarded but not essential
• Excellent attention to detail and data-entry accuracy
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to customer issues
• The ability to work collaboratively across different departments
• A genuine sense of urgency and pride in following things through
• A team-first attitude and commitment to delivering great service
• Experience within manufacturing, distribution, building products, industrial products or a similar environment would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare quotes and requotes, including revisions and amendments in SAP
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide prompt, professional support
• Process warranty claims, rectifications and after-sales service requirements
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Account Managers and Sales Reps
• Maintain accurate customer, sales and CRM records
• Coordinate sales activities, promotions and product launches
• Prepare and maintain sales documentation and product information
• Work closely with production, despatch, marketing, product and finance teams
• Follow up customer requirements and help resolve issues quickly
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and make the sales support function more efficient

Are you an experienced Sales Support or Customer Service professional who thrives on keeping customers, orders and sales teams moving?

We're looking for an Internal Sales Support person to join a well-established national business within the manufacturing and distribution sector based in Girraween.

This is a hands-on role supporting Account Managers and Sales Reps across customer service, order processing, quoting and sales administration. It's a casual opportunity with a genuine pathway to a permanent $65,000 + super position for the right person.

About the role

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you'll be an important part of the internal sales and customer service function.

You'll help keep everything moving behind the scenes - processing orders and quotes, responding to customers, coordinating with internal departments and making sure Account Managers and Sales Reps have the support they need.

It's a varied role suited to someone who is organised, responsive and enjoys solving problems rather than simply passing them on.

What you'll be doing

• Processing customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
