Job summary

ATOM Safety & Uniforms is seeking an Internal Sales professional in Brisbane. You will provide second-line sales support, coordinate with the external sales team and suppliers, and deliver accurate, timely customer-focused outcomes.

The ideal candidate is highly customer-centric, detail-oriented and confident using Excel and data systems to drive pricing, records and reporting. Prior PPE or footwear industry familiarity is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales support and administration.
• Strong data handling, pricing and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line support to the internal sales team and coordination.
• Work with external sales team and suppliers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Prepare professional recommendations aligned to customer objectives and ATOM findings.
• Deliver high-quality product support to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Maintain accurate records, pricing and reporting using internal systems and Excel-based tools.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process efficiencies.
