Qualifications

• Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a sales or customer service role, especially in industrial products, is valued.
• Proactive, solution-focused attitude with ability to multitask.
• Proficient with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge on bearings, power transmission, and industrial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and tailor solutions.
• Support the external sales team with quotes, products, and account assistance.
• Assist with inventory management, stock control and replenishment.
